About the Therapy with Jennifer

Beginning Your Journey To Emotional and Relational Wellness

Taking steps to address emotional and relationship difficulties can be a hard couple of steps to take. Sometimes just the thought of starting can overwhelm you to the point of giving up before even getting started. Jennifer has been doing this nearly 15 years so she gets it. With Jennifer, experience a gentle yet direct and modern spin on traditional psychotherapy through a holistic framework. She helps people learn to cope with emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress management, social anxiety and trauma through gaining insight into the cause of these issues and learning new tools to cope with them.

She also feels really passionately about helping couples with relationship difficulties resolve trust ruptures related to infidelity as well as improve poor communication, decrease levels of conflict, and even peacefully decouple if that is what is best. Jennifer also works with individuals struggling with chronic medical issues, pain management, end of life issues, grief, and overall wellness through a unique combination of Eastern and Western modalities.

Jennifer works from a framework which involves helping people improve their mental health through the mind-body-spirit connection, so if you are looking for a therapist who will guide you to understand how your life experiences have brought you to the point you are at with your mental health and relationships, and teach you ways to cope better from a mindfulness based, holistic approach, then you are in the right place.

Through this framework, you will have the opportunity to improve your relationship to yourself, with others, and your spiritual inspiration as a guide to increased harmonious living, improved overall health, and healing  from hurts, traumas, and difficulties that everyone experiences in their life time.

Jennifer works with all religious/spiritual practices and beliefs as well as those who do not relate to any particular theistic orientation. Not only is she an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), she is also a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and she is registered with the Yoga Alliance.

Harmonious Health & Healing is a business aimed at always being up-to-date on the most recent research in the realm of wellness in general.
